Student Government has an Executive Branch, a Legislative Branch, and a Judicial Branch. The Executive Branch is the Student Body President and the Student Body Vice President, who are elected each April to serve for the following academic year. The Legislative Branch is the Student Senate and the Student Activity Committee. The Judicial Branch is a court of justices appointed by the Student Body President and confirmed by the Senate for the purpose of interpreting the PHC Student Government governing documents and hearing cases regarding Student Government disputes.
