PHC runs weekly ultimate frisbee games every Friday afternoon (whether permitting). It is a time for students to relax and take a break from the stress of academics.
Sunny days in Northern Virginia bring out birds, tulips, and volleyball players at PHC. Featuring premium white sand, the tournament-size court hosts a variety of spontaneous matches and round-robin events, providing a welcome distraction from papers and examinations.
PHC has a Ping Pong tournament every semester in the Student Lounge. This fun tournament will consist of pooled play and singles matches.

Spikeball is a 2-on-2 sport that’s easy to learn but full of energy and competition.
PHC is currently gauging interest for an intramural tournament for tennis singles this year. If you are interested in participating in tennis, inquire at athletics@phc.edu.
PHC’s coed basketball intramural season typically includes competitive 3-on-3 matches. Each team must have 4 players.
The pickleball courts beside Oak Hill are incredibly popular and provide a way for everyone to enjoy playing pickleball with friends. There is also a tournament that is held every semester.
