PHC’s coed ultimate frisbee intramural season has 7-on-7 matches and happens on two weekends: April 1-2 and April 8-9. Each team must have between 7-10 players.
Sunny days in Northern Virginia bring out birds, tulips, and volleyball players at PHC. Featuring premium white sand, the tournament-size court hosts a variety of spontaneous matches and round-robin events, providing a welcome distraction from papers and examinations.
PHC has a weekend Ping Pong tournament in the Student Lounge. This fun tournament will consist of pooled play and singles matches.

Spikeball is a 2-on-2 sport that’s easy to learn but full of energy and competition.
PHC is currently gauging interest for an intramural tournament for tennis singles this year. If you are interested in participating in tennis, inquire at athletics@phc.edu.
PHC’s coed basketball intramural season typically includes competitive 3-on-3 matches. Each team must have 4 players.
PHC also has a softball diamond for student use. There is no current organized team, but it's the perfect location for a casual afternoon game.
