Phil Greendyk is originally from New Jersey, growing up in the suburbs of New York City before attending Patrick Henry College, where he studied International Politics & Policy. He has worked for over 15 years in business ethics and compliance within the international technology and telecommunications sectors. Concurrently, Phil pursued further theological formation, earning a master’s degree from Reformed Theological Seminary. At RTS, he was also the first recipient of a certificate from the school's Institute for Theology and Public Life, which explores the relationship between faith and the public square.
Phil remains deeply engaged with his alma mater, having previously served for a decade on the PHC Alumni Association Board, including as its president. He has served on the PHC Board of Trustees since 2024. As faculty, he teaches Principles of Biblical Reasoning. Phil serves as an elder at Fourth Presbyterian Church, where he has also taught adult discipleship classes. He resides in Leesburg, VA. Phil is happily married to his wife Asriel, and they enjoy spending time together and with their children.
