Mrs. McConnell provides leadership to all PHC library operations, including administrative services, technical services, and public services. She reports to the Administrative Dean of Academic Affairs and is a full member of the Faculty Senate. She works with the faculty and administration to integrate library services into PHC academic programs. Mrs. McConnell earned a B.A. in Language and Literature from Sterling College (KS) and an M.L.S. from Emporia State University (KS).

As Technical Services Librarian, Miss Gladden is responsible for providing leadership to the library’s technical services, including acquisitions, cataloging, and serials. She works closely with the faculty to grow and develop the collection to more strongly support the academic curriculum. She is also available to answer questions from students, faculty, and staff as they use the library's resources.

As the Library Assistant, Miss Cowell keeps the library operating smoothly on a daily basis. She is responsible for processing serials and books being added to the collection. At the same time, she serves students, faculty, and staff as they use the library.
