Stephen Allen
Director of Admissions and Communication

Mr. Allen joined Patrick Henry College in the summer of 2015 to become the college's Director of Admissions and Communication. As the Admissions Director, he directs recruitment and admissions strategies and leads the team of admissions counselors. In his role as the Director of Communication, he manages and directs the College's internal and external communications.

Stephen earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a minor in Bible at Nyack College, and completed his Master's Degree at Reformed Theological Seminary in Orlando, FL. He has six years of experience increasing tuition revenue in college-preparatory boarding schools. He enjoys writing, music, hiking, learning, and creative, intentional family time. 

 

William Kellaris
Director of Financial Aid

Mr. Kellaris began at the College as Director of Financial Aid in December 2009. After nearly five years of other service for PHC (2010 - 2015) he resumed work in the financial aid office in April 2015. Bill provides leadership for PHC's financial aid office, working directly with both prospective and current students and their families. He is a graduate of Cornerstone University and Michigan State University. 

Bill has held various administrative leadership roles in Christian higher education for over 45 years. Prior to coming to Patrick Henry College, he served at Cornerstone University, Bryan College, Liberty University, and Philadelphia Biblical University, He has held a wide variety of senior level administrative positions, including Registrar, Director of Financial Aid, Director of Student Affairs, Director of Alumni and Church Relations, Director of Admissions, and Dean of Enrollment Management. 

 

Aaron Kamakawiwoole
Assistant Director of Admissions

Aaron graduated from Patrick Henry College in May, 2011 with a degree in Government and began his work in admissions in August of 2011.  He was the captain of the PHC moot court travel team during his senior year, and served as a student supervisor with Patrick Henry College Facilities.  He enjoys reading, hiking, running, anything involving a powerdrill, and caring for local horses.

 

Ardee Coolidge
Admissions Counselor

Ardee is a 2012 Patrick Henry College graduate, and he was inspired to join the admissions team after being heavily involved in the Student Ambassador program while still a student. He is well known among prospective students as a welcoming face to those who have visited campus. Ardee also was an active member of the PHC Moot Court and Mock Trial teams, winning several regional tournaments, and he enjoys public speaking and debate. 

 

Aimee Stauf
Admissions Counselor

Aimee graduated from Patrick Henry College in May 2015 with a degree in Journalism, Classical Liberal Arts track. She interned with WORLD magazine as an internet story writer and Trinity Christian School as a Yearbook teacher’s assistant. On campus, she participated in the chapel guild, chorale, intramural Frisbee tournament, and drama both on- and off-stage. When not working, Aimee loves exploring NoVa’s beautiful countryside and old towns with her friends.

 

Stephen Pierce
Admissions Counselor

Graduating in May 2015 from PHC with a degree in Classical Liberal Arts: Music, music has always been a part of Stephen’s life. He has led worship in his church for four years and enjoys playing the piano. Stephen was an RA, Chapel Guild leader, chorale member, and was on the basketball team as well. He loves to spend time outdoors in God’s Creation, particularly in the mountains, and to enjoy the beauty that God has given to man.

Brenda Lee Best
Office Manager

Brenda Lee Best supports the team of Office of Admissions. Her duties include but not limited to coordinating the spring and fall orientations, processing applicants and greeting visitors. 

Brenda Lee is a native of the Washington, D.C. area. She has a passion and reputation for serving others. She is fulfilled personally by supporting churches and non-profits in development, giving and volunteering.

Chelsea Moore
Communications Specialist

Chelsea operates at PHC as an internal journalist, researching and writing editorial content for the website and for promotional materials. She also facilitates the ongoing maintenance and development of the PHC website. She operates all of PHC's social media venues, which include Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Pinterest.

Chelsea graduated from Patrick Henry College in May 2013 with a degree in journalism. During her time at school, she served as a Resident Assistant and editor of PHC's on-campus publication the Herald. When not working at PHC, Chelsea works as a food and travel writer.
