The Office of Campus Services oversees all physical plant operations, service units and functional areas. These include bookstore, campus health & safety, food services, grounds, mail center/central supply/reprographics, maintenance & custodial, reception, and security. This office also superintends all campus property development, design, and construction.

Earl Hall
Vice President for Campus Services

Earl Hall came to Purcellville in 1996 to help Dr. Farris and HSLDA launch the dream that has become Patrick Henry College. He previously worked for the City of Denver as a paramedic education coordinator for ten years, capping a 17-year career in emergency medical services.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Services Administration from Eastern Washington University, a Bachelor’s degree in Paramedicine from Central Washington University, a Master’s degree in Management from the University of Colorado at Denver, and a certificate in Construction Management from the University of Washington.

 He and his wife, Geni wed in 1987 and have ten children and two grandchildren.

Paul Yancey
Lieutenant of Campus Safety

Paul Yancey serves as the Campus Safety Lieutenant, overseeing the 24/7 operations of Campus Safety.  He comes to Patrick Henry College with 28 years of Law Enforcement experience. He retired from the Hollywood Police Department, Broward County, Florida, in 2007 and moved to Winchester, Virginia in 2012.

Paul started his law enforcement career as a patrol officer before advancing throughout the Department's various specialized units.  Most of his career he spent as an investigator in Homicide/Crimes Against Person, Property Crimes, Undercover Narcotics, Money Laundering, Street Crimes/Tactical Unit and served several years as a SWAT Officer.  

Paul received his Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration from Barry University in North Miami, Florida with numerous criminal justice, law enforcement, and investigator certifications from Broward College, Florida.


Elise Kersey
Executive Assistant to the VP for Campus Services

Elise has lived in the Northern Virginia area since the fall of 2007. She previously worked at Pensacola Christian College in Pensacola, Florida. Elise holds a Bachelor’s degree in business and a Master’s degree in educational administration.
