This event in the SI Guest Lecture Series features Dr. Sebastian & Kathleen Gorka, along with several members of the PHC Faculty. It will take place on October 15th, 2016 from 10am-Noon in the Patrick Henry College Trustees Conference Room.
ISIS publishes an English language recruiting magazine, entitled DABIQ, and its Issue 15 is subtitled, "Break the Cross." It is a direct attack on Christians, Christianity, and Christian theology. Our special guests that day include Dr. Sebastian and Kathleen Gorka.
You can find DABIQ-15 online via the Clarion Project (i.e., 'safe version') here.
These presentations and panel discussions highlight two key articles in the issue—"Why we hate you and why we fight you"; and the featured article, "Break the Cross." The featured article, which is pp. 46-63, was summarized by Col Middleton:
Christianity has been perverted and twisted, but Jesus will return as foretold and break its cross and attest to the lordship of Allah. Muhammed is the prophet foretold in the Old Testament (Deuteronomy 8:8) and Muhammed is the new Testament ‘paraclete’ (John 16:7-11), who Jesus promised would come after him. Christians must (1) recognize their error and convert to Islam and help wage the war against unbelief and kill all the pagans; or (2) pay the jizyah tax and exist in humiliation in this life, but lose your life in the hereafter; or (3) be killed in this life and lose your life in the hereafter, as well.
