During their time at Patrick Henry College, Shane and Ashlyn Roberts spent years coaching, competing, and winning both PHC Mock Trial and Moot Court. Now at the George Washington School of Law, the pair have continued to excel in forensics at the grad-school level, winning the 2020 Van Vleck Constitutional Law Moot Court Competition.
This video—shared with permission by George Washington University—features the Roberts as well as other competitors in the Van Vleck competition and showcases the extremely high level of skill among these aspiring lawyers. This is what a Moot Court competition looks like in law school.
