The Forensics Program

Patrick Henry College is pleased to announce its Forensics Program is re-configured and expanded.

The Forensics Program willfor the first timehave a dedicated Administrative Director and ten coaches spread across all three forensics activities.  Debate, Moot Court, and Mock Trial will each have a head coach and assistant coaches. Many of them are alumni!  Some activities will even have student coaches.

From the Administrative Director to the coaches, it is a powerful line-up. The new staff will have a wide range of experiences including: a current member of American Mock Trial Association's Board of Directors, a general counsel to president of the United States, and one of PHC’s first Moot Court national champions.

What's more, we have one of the largest number of incoming freshmen forensics competitors in the history of the collegea 250% increase in three years.

PHC’s unmatched legacy as a forensics powerhouse continues, and great competition opportunities are ahead! God has used the PHC forensics program to  equip many graduates to think clearly, speak articulately, write persuasively, and communicate truth in a winsome, loving manner. We trust that with the Lord’s help, this important work will continue to thrive in the years ahead so that PHC graduates can continue to follow Christ passionately, lift high both faith and reason, and to lead the nation and shape the culture.
