Michelle joined the Office of Admission as the Administrative Assistant and Campus Visit Coordinator. She plays a central role in helping the College achieve its enrollment goals by creating a warm and hospitable atmosphere for campus visitors and managing the Campus Visit program. She assists the Director of Admission and Admissions Data Coordinator with pre-applicant and applicant data entry. Additionally, she assists the Director of Admission and other office staff in executing day-to-day tasks
Prior to joining PHC, Michelle enjoyed a career in Human Resources (including College Recruiting), before staying at home to raise her children. Most recently, Michelle worked as a regular substitute teacher for Loudoun County Public Schools and also provided program management and HR consulting services to clients ranging from small non-profits to large federal government agencies.
Michelle holds a B.S. in Communication with a Minor in Art History from the University of Delaware. She and her husband Mike, along with their children Alex and Kate, have lived in Purcellville for 15 years. They enjoy spending time together as a family outdoors, with a recent hike to the summit of Old Rag Mountain in the Shenandoah National Forest being a highlight.
Michelle has a passion for encouraging and connecting others and considers it a privilege to bring her skills and experience to PHC in this role.
