Dr. Mickahail is currently a Senior Intelligence Analyst and has been with the US government for over thirty-one years. Dr. Mickahail is also an Adjunct Professor of the Old Testament at Liberty University Divinity School Online. Dr. Mickahail taught courses at the National Counterterrorism Center, Veritas Evangelical Seminary (CA), University of Minnesota (MN), Calvary Bible College (MN), and the Evangelical Theological Seminary (Egypt). Dr. Mickahail offers the following courses: Languages (Arabic, Media Arabic, and Hebrew); Hebrew Bible (Introduction, Orientation I and II, Ancient Near Eastern Context); and History (Christian Thought, the Ancient Near East, Ancient Egypt, Ancient Israel, the Intertestamental Period, Medieval and Modern Jewish History, the Arabs, and Modern Terrorism).

Dr. Mickahail presents papers at the National Counterterrorism Center, FBI Academy, the DIA, Society of Biblical Literature, Evangelical Theological Society, and the Near East Archaeology Society. In addition to publishing book reviews, Dr. Mickahail's Ph.D. dissertation was published in microfiche in 2007 and his Master's thesis in 1985 by TREN. Dr. Mickahail is a member of the American Schools of Oriental Research, the Biblical Archaeology Society, the Evangelical Theological Society, the National Association of Professors of Hebrew, Near East Archaeology Society, and Society of Biblical Literature. Dr. Mickahail is interested in the American Civil War and the ancient and modern Middle East.
