Issues from the most recent two to five years for each title are not included in the collection. - [ProQuest](https://ezproxy.phc.edu/login?url=http://www.proquest.com/pqrl?accountid=13113) and [Academic Search Premier](https://ezproxy.phc.edu/login?url=http://search.ebscohost.com/direct.asp?db=aph) contain thousands of articles in broad areas of social sciences and law. The guides also profile key persons and institutions. - [Brookings Institution](http://www.brookings.edu/research#ukraine/topics/) provides scholarly research on a variety of usbjects, generally from a more liberal perspective. - [Carnegie Endowment for International Peace](http://carnegieendowment.org/#/slide_706_aftermath-of-jet-s-downing) is the oldest international foreign policy think tank in the United States.
