She works with the faculty and administration as appropriate to ensure that the resources, services and facilities offered by the library meet the needs of the PHC learning community. The Library Director reports to the Administrative Dean of Academic Affairs and is a full member of the Faculty Senate. Mrs. Pensgard earned a BA in economics and international studies from Northwestern University and an MA in information science and learning technologies from the University of Missouri. ## Jen Lackey ##### Public Services Library Assistant 540-441-8403 The Public Services Library Assistant, Mrs. Lackey, manages the Circulation Desk of the library, including overseeing course reserves, interlibrary loan services, and special book displays as well as resolving patron questions about their library accounts. She receives and catalogs new acquisitions and maintains periodical subscriptions.
