Mr. Rodney Showalter has over twelve years of experience in higher education including positions related to student development, academic administration, and institutional research.  He currently serves as the College's Senior Director of Institutional Effectiveness & Planning.

He has presented at national conferences such as the annual meetings of the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges & Schools (SACS), the Transnational Association of Christian Colleges & Schools (TRACS), and the American Association of Collegiate Registrars & Admissions Officers (AACRAO), on topics related to academic quality, institutional assessment, and the portability of credit. Mr. Showalter is also a published author in College & University.
