Welcome to the American Roundtable, an editorial service of Patrick Henry College, a classical Christian liberal arts college dedicated to fearless learning in the spirit of the American founding. Since the College has been blessed with a mission to impact the nation for Christ and for liberty, with an uncomproming biblical worldview, and with a faculty of accomplished writers, cultural commentators, education reformers and Christian apologists, we have marshaled these dynamic resources to produce incisive commentary on the important issues of the day.

The American Roundtable’s cross-disciplinary team of writer-scholars is led by the Chancellor and Founder of Patrick Henry College, Dr. Michael Farris, a constitutional attorney, author, and homeschooling pioneer. It also includes distinguished cultural commentator and PHC Provost Dr. Gene Edward Veith, renowned author and Christian apologist Dr. John Warwick Montgomery, and author and PHC history professor Dr. David Aikman, as well as PHC President Dr. Graham Walker, Journalism Department Director Dr. Les Sillars, and editor David Halbrook, PHC’s Director of Communications. We hope you will enjoy these thoughtful, biblically-informed commentaries on many of the complex and pressing issues affecting our world and nation.
