Mission The Office of the Registrar serves all constituencies of the College in providing statistical data, academic information, and official documentation. The Office of the Registrar establishes the annual academic calendar, produces the College catalog, establishes the class schedule and the final exam schedule each semester, records all grades, assists with schedule changes, compiles student grade point averages and honor rolls, and provides statistical enrollment and academic data to various College departments as needed. The Office of the Registrar works closely with the Office of Admissions in evaluating and transferring previous credits to Patrick Henry College, and with the Financial Aid Office in financial aid awards. The Office of the Registrar also assists faculty in counseling their student advisees, serves current, transferring, and graduated students in providing official transcripts and verification of student status, counsels prospective students in areas of preparation for college, and works with local home school students in enrolling in PHC as special students. Request for Official Transcript Transcripts must be requested in writing by the student. The signed, original form must be mailed to the Office of the Registrar for processing. Rush transcript request forms may be faxed to (540)338-8705, followed by a phone call to the Office of the Registrar to verify the transmission. Transcripts can not be faxed.
