Daryl Wolking serves as the Vice President of Finance and Administration. He is responsible for the financial administration and operations of the College, and operational oversight of the Human Resources, Technology, Dining Hall, Bookstore and Facilities departments. He works closely with the President, staff and Board of Trustees to implement the budget and oversees the annual external audit. He also provides assessment of existing and proposed financial plans and policies to ensure good stewardship of resources.
Mr. Wolking brings with him 25 years of accounting and management experience in private industry. He has a B.S. Degree in Accounting from Northern Kentucky University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Janet Low serves as Director of Human Resources for the College, managing the employment, payroll, and risk management functions. She develops, recommends, and implements employment, compensation, and benefits programs and policies, runs payroll, and manages the liability, property, and specialty insurance policies for the College. She also manages the student employment and payroll.
Mrs. Low arrived at PHC with 33 years of experience in Human Resources, Accounting, and teaching. She has a B.A. Degree in Education from Louisiana Baptist University. Mrs. Low lives with her family in Berryville, Virginia.
Jillian moved to Virginia a couple years ago and lives in Leesburg with her husband and young son. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Physical Education and Health from Indiana Wesleyan University, her Masters of Education in Childhood Literacy from Saint Bonaventure University and has seven years of experience in customer account relationship management. Jillian is responsible for keeping track of student accounts and collecting payment. Along with making bank deposits and accounts payable.
