Ultimate Frisbee

PHC’s coed ultimate frisbee intramural season has 7-on-7 matches and happens on two weekends: April 1-2 and April 8-9. Each team must have between 7-10 players. Sign your team up here to compete in one of PHC’s favorite recreations! For more information, contact Nathan Reiley at athletics@phc.edu.

Sand Volleyball

Sunny days in Northern Virginia bring out birds, tulips, and volleyball players at PHC. Featuring premium white sand, the tournament-size court hosts a variety of spontaneous matches and round-robin events, providing a welcome distraction from papers and examinations.

PHC’s coed basketball intramural season typically includes competitive 3-on-3 matches. Each team must have 4 players.

Softball

PHC also has a softball diamond for student use. There is no current organized team, but it's the perfect location for a casual game or two.
