Time at PHC: 2009 to present

Professor Neal teaches a variety of political theory courses at PHC, including American Political Thought, Applied Research in Political Theory, and Modern & Contemporary Political Theory.  He has had previous positions as an instructor in American history and political theory at Montgomery College, the University of Wyoming, and the Catholic University of America.

Professor Neal lives in Silver Spring, MD, where he is currently pursuing a Ph.D. from the Catholic University of America.
