Office of Enrollment Revitalized with New Leadership

Bill Kellaris, PHC's Assistant Vice President for Enrollment Management

Already setting sights high for the year ahead, PHC’s new Assistant Vice President for Enrollment Management, William Kellaris, and the members of the Executive Cabinet have established a goal of 135 new degree-seeking students for the incoming class of Fall 2011. Kellaris, who has been serving the College as Director of Financial Aid, was recently promoted to his new position. He begins the new position with more than 35 years of experience in Christian higher education.

“With Bill’s knowledge and determination, and with the energy of a revitalized staff around him, I am confident that we will meet—or if possible exceed—this goal [of 135 students],” states Carl Schreiber, PHC’s Executive Vice President.

Kellaris has served previously at Cornerstone University, Bryan College, Liberty University, and Philadelphia Biblical University. He has held a wide range of senior-level positions, including Registrar and Director of Financial Aid, Director of Student Affairs, Director of Alumni and Church Relations, Dean of Enrollment Management, and Director of Admissions and Alumni Relations.

“The experience Mr. Kellaris brings to this new role will wonderfully strengthen our recruitment and retention efforts, assisting the College to meet its enrollment goals,” concludes Mr. Schreiber.
